01Are the calculators on Store Online Digital really free?
Yes. Every calculator and tool is free to use, with no account, sign-up or payment. The site is supported by advertising.
02How accurate are the results?
Each calculator uses the rates and formulas published by official sources such as tax authorities, finance acts, labour laws and regulators, and is tested against worked examples before it goes live. The result is still an estimate: your employer, tax office or utility company makes the final calculation, and your own circumstances may change it.
03Where do the tax rates and slabs come from?
From official sources first, such as FBR in Pakistan, national revenue authorities, government gazettes and labour laws. When an official document is not available online, a reputable professional firm or national newspaper is used and named on the page. Each tool shows when its figures were last checked.
04How often are the rates updated?
Rates are checked when a budget, finance act or regulator decision changes them, and each page shows its last-checked date. If you notice a rate that has changed before we update it, please let us know through the contact page.
05Is my salary or personal data saved anywhere?
No. The calculators run inside your web browser, so the numbers and text you enter are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to or stored by our website. They disappear when you close or refresh the page.
06Which countries do you have calculators for?
There are calculators for 27 countries, including Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, the Philippines, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and several others. Use the country tabs in the tools section to see what is available for yours.
07Can I use these results for my tax return or a legal dispute?
Use them to understand and check your numbers, not as an official document. For a tax return, payslip dispute or end-of-service claim, confirm the figure with the relevant authority, your employer or a qualified professional.
08I found a wrong rate or a bug. How do I report it?
Send the page link, the numbers you entered and, if possible, a link to the official notice with the correct figure through our contact page. Every report is checked against the source and the page is corrected if needed.
